Yah, I tried Cell Food for a while - no noticable improvements on any level, for me.  Now, you might experience some benefits.  What I experienced was a big waste of money!

The one protocol that I have done that offered almost instant results to me is oil-pulling, honestly.  I have never heard of this protocol until I found curezone.com and I thought people were nuts to swish oil around in their mouths for any length of time!  But, like I posted on another thread, I'd chew week-old kitty poo if it were proven to be beneficial!  So, I gave OP a try.  I am now hooked, for life, I guess!
