Sorry to hear about the damage to your hair. I hope things get better with it. to answer your question:
Yes, and thank G-d, my hair is still growing thicker , longer, and healthier. I do use the two oils together. I have also added a bit of Shapley's Mane Tail Growth hair oil (used for horses)mixed with Wild Growth Hair Oil(found at regular hair disciunt stores). So Monday Wed Fri use the indian oils and on weekends the (MTG with WGHO)

I massage my hair 2 times a day to stimulate my follicles. When I ran out of oils Ive tried a cream called FOLLIGEN and mixed with EMU OIL(do a search of these products and order online) that helped alot but Ive had better results with the oils.

The indian oils you can find at any indian/paki or even a middle eastern store.

make sure you:
massage daily
keep your hair moisturized
keep away or at least cut down on heat to your hair
drink 8-10 glasses of water DAILY
do activites to make yourself sweat ( i dont know how it works but it does)
eat alot of veggies and fruits
less sugar
I have added a daily suppliment with MSM and Biotin in it. I've noticed increase in thickness in hair ,even my eyebrows(and other unmentionable places) the hair grew in thicker.
Ive done a liver cleanse and it helped
