I can't believe I'm advicing you to do an enema (and probably not anyone else here who patiently but to no avail so far have adviced me to do one ; )
But considering that an enema seems to get any liver gunk out the fastest and most effectively and that you are afraid of scarring your skin further and from what so many others have posted here about the benefites of enemas, maybe you should try one if you haven't already.
I had some really bad, itchy rashes break out on some of my first flushes around my knee area mostly. I think it happened because the Hulda Clark protocol doesn't advice you to drink enough water before and after the ES doses, something you have to learn from your own experience or from fellow liver flushers.
I now drink lots of water on both flush days and since I started doing that as well as taking extra ES or a SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) on the second flush day I haven't had a problem with rashes after flushing.
