May a spice bath (and skin brush) help your back skin...?
Acne is one of the problems i am trying to see get healed during my cleansing and flushing. i have done some mini flushes, fasting etc so far not seeing the slightest change (and not really expecting to, given the intensity of cleansing)
but something surprised me the other day when i added spices (cinnamon and ginger) to my epsom/olive oil detox bath. my back started tingling and even itching a little. this is the first sign of 'life' in my back for ages it has had a really 'dead' feeling to it.
and i really felt like brushing the skin after the bath, so i did that. you can see more details here (it is kind of gross the evidence of the effect so i only dont want to say it again!)

the skin on my back had two effects: the quality of the skin is now almost perfect excepting a couple areas which are still healing. but they are doing just that - healing, after so long of just sitting there on my back looking red and bumpy.
and the skin was immediately smooth with much less redness and a lovely colour is coming back - my skin looks healthy! in fact, i just checked my skin and two days later (and another spice bath)i can barely see evidence of my
Acne in the mirror, and my hand cannot feel ANY BUMPS! i am amazed! its like i never had acne!
i was not expecting things to get finally better until a liver flush, but this has pretty much healed up my acne! i am really amazed! even if your
Acne is very bad, if it is like mine, this would be a great temporary measure to start healing up the outside skin surface and get the circulation/lymph going, especially if you combine it with some mild cleansing/flushing.
i am suspecting that my acne was the result of a candida infection, because of what i mention in my blog. i have been drinking kefir for about a week, so maybe this is needed in combination with the spice baths - i dont know!! i only know nothing else ive tried has had this affect!
i realise this sounds too good to be true and i can barely believe it myself - im going to go look at my back in the mirror again!
