I glad that you are having great results on our program. I would suggest that you stay on it for 2 to 3 months depending on how "dirty" you are. Have you every cleansed before and if so how often? 2 to 3 months is very typical. Any weight that you lose will most likely be from the elimination of impacted waste.
Diabetes is a diet related disease and any change so again any healthy diet changes will be a step in a good direction. Cut down on grains and refined sugars, flour, potatoes, rice and any processed foods. Stick to a diet rich in protein, veggies, and plenty of water. Incorporate some exercise into your daily or week regime.
These healthy additions will really add to your cleanse and you will see great results, including weight loss and increase energy.
