me again...I managed ALMOST 15 mins...WOW...my sinuses are draining like CRAZY now!! I think I need to do another as I still FEEL like I need it...I think I will try seasame oil this time...I have some.....WOW...can't talk as I'm GAGGING on my sinus drainage!
