advice on colon cleanse

Has anyone tried humaworms colon cleanse???? I'm wanting to do a Colon Cleanse but so is my friend...
he feels bloated and when going to the bathroom they are small and heavy...sink right to the bottom, im sure that means he really needs to do one. Trying to find a good Colon Cleanse what does everyone think is the best???
