A different Spin.
Greets west4,
I hope you don’t mind, I’m going to give you a different spin on your thinking.
While sprouted Ezekiel bread is possibly the best bread one could eat.
It does not mean it has sufficient B vitamins to compensate for its load on digestion plus giving you a large excess of nutrients.
In this case your desire for B’s.
Also, from your symptoms I would say you are not in a good enough condition to tolerate many grains in your diet.
Or you may be one of those people who do not do well with grains.
From my perspective, the body has an overall stress level.
When it’s reached the body usually displays that person’s foremost weakness.
Skin problems can be a common indicator for people who do not have major weaknesses.
An asthma sufferer would have an attack when they went above their overall stress level.
Your perception is the B’s cleared up your legs.
My perception is you could have done a half a dozen other things that could have reduced your overall stress level.
And guess what, your legs would have cleared up.
You need to understand your body is giving you an indicator that your health is marginal and you need to take drastic action.
Otherwise you’re not going to like the next warning display it gives you!
Your Humble Servant,
Gracefully Savage
