Re: A wealth of information...Re: How to Withdraw from Anti-Depressants and Other Meds?

Greetings Sir Lightbringer,

I am thrilled to accept your offer...and "oh so anxious" to have a new pile of books at my bedside! (CDs, DVDs & videos are wonderful, but sometimes it's almost impossible for me to find time to watch/listen to them; however, there's always time to read before turning off the lights and falling to sleep. And I feel like the information I read right before falling asleep seems to 'sink in' better than information that gets 'mixed into' the thoughts & hurries of the day). Besides, I guess I'm just an old-fashioned gal...I just LOVE reading books - the information seems so much more "real" when it comes through the printed word from the pages of a solid book :)

Your closing comments brought tears to my eyes AND light to my weary heart...and for that I am both exceptionally (and humbly) grateful & appreciative. This battle for my mother's healing is a very difficult fight for me emotionally...as in order to help her heal, I must take a very forceful role (forcing her to do the simplest of daily activities, for which it's obvious she has no strength or energy - and every activity or item on the 'to do list' invokes brutal levels of fear & anxiety from her damaged body & soul). Hence, I literally become like a 'torturer' to her...and it tears my heart to shreds. In fact, fundamentally the only emotions she now feels are intense fear, anxiety, panic & guilt and an overwhelming sense of misery. One of the most horrible side-effects of benzodiazepines (aside from ones that cause physical pain/suffering) is an almost complete lack of normal emotions & feelings (except the miserable ones) along with extreme depersonalization. She knows she used to feel love, joy, happiness, and positive emotions & feelings, but she can't really connect that 'other person' that felt those things, to the 'person' she is now. So you can see, your encouragement & confidence is overwhelmingly refreshing...and I thank you from the depths of my heart.

As you might already know, I am fairly proficient with making tonics, tinctures, teas and the like. I see that Dr. Schulze has updated his Curezone area, and now how a basic 'recipe' for creating tinctures that can be found here:

And here's a WEALTH of recipes & instructions for various tinctures, poultices, etc:

...and you can find many more here:

If you have ANY other questions about creating herbal healing supplements, please don't hesitate to ask; I'll be more than happy to assist you in any way that I am able. (I have no experience in creating salves or glycerites, but I'm willing to do some research and learn along with you :)

May you rest upon pillows of peace :)
