Organic Ingredients
Romaine Lettuce
Swiss Chard
Beet Tops
Watercress
Some red cabbage
1/4 of a small green pepper for each serving
Endive
Escarole
add a medium apple (green) for each glass of juice when grinding
If you are ill or have the resources
Do Not use a liquifier, centrifugal, juice mixers or masters
Use a separate gringer (to produce pulp)
and a press to press juice out of the pulp
Pressing Process
Take 1-2 coarsely woven cloths
nylon, 12" square place a cupful of pulp in the center of a mositened cloth fold into 1/3s and press
Rinse cloths in cool water after each juicing
Donot lalow juice to dry on cloths
Wash thoughly in warm awater and rinse thoroughly
Keep overnight in the freezer
Clean press well also
Left overs from pulp
can be used for compost
or animal food
