Re: Info on the egg/lime flush

Hiya Briefglory,

Yes, I have done the lime/egg/oil flush 5 times now, and I don't have a gallbladder. I've also done 12 regular Liver Flushes (Moritz' method) and gotten stones out each time.

If you are curious about my gallbladder story and my thoughts on liver flushing, check out this link:

I did the lime/egg/oil flush 2 times, rested a day, then the regular Liver Flush but a very thorough one this time, rested 3 days, then 3 more lime/egg/oil flushes. I only stopped because I ran out of free-range organic eggs. I will do a complete week's worth of lime/egg/oil flushes, properly, when my next eggs are delivered on Friday.

By the way, I used 2 lemons instead of limes for the first 2 flushes, as I didn't have limes. I used 3 limes each for the last 3. I didn't notice much difference in results, but the taste is better with limes. I used organic olive oil with all of them. Next, I will try safflower oil, as it has a milder flavour. I'm a curious person and love to tweak methods until I find what works best for this body.

I didn't get stones out with the lime/egg/oil flush, but then since I didn't clear my colon first as in the regular flush, it was hard to tell. No obvious stones. However, I got the stomach gurgling, bile smell, and some acidic toxins. My skin changed colour to the tan appearance as described, my hair seemed to get smoother and softer, and my tongue cleared somewhat, but again this was before and after a very thorough and prolonged liver flush, so a lot of toxins were still being eliminated in any way possible (lungs, kidneys, skin...). I noticed that my liver seemed to relax with this flush. I think the lecithin and other egg nutrients are soothing to the liver tissues and perhaps the biliary tubes, which is especially good for those of us interested in doing both types of flushes. It seemed to help the liver heal after a really strong regular flush.

I got mildly sleepy and had a good nap (3 times) but I was able to continue about my business the other 2 times. I did the lime/egg/oil drink early in the morning and experienced a surge of well-being and lots of energy a few hours for each of the five times I did this flush.

On the other hand, I tried doing a water and then a coffee enema once, but my body doesn't cope well with this method. I also followed the drink 2 times with ES as per the usual method, with better results. That is, I think the ES helped eliminate the toxins which had been liberated from my liver following the lime/egg/oil drink. So I didn't clear out the toxins as well as I could have, which certainly compromised the results. All the same, I was happy with the results I did observe.

I know this is not very clear, as the results of all the flushes were combined and certainly influenced each other. However, I did not have problems, and the positives outweighed the negatives.

So, give it a try! Every body is different. You might get far better results. I don't think it would hurt you.

Let us know what you do!
