I have colonics at a clinic that uses a gravity system with a stainless steel speculum. The speculua are sterilized in an autoclave, but I have a concern about the tubing for the inflow and outflow. It is not changed from one patient to another. Is that standard practice for this system, or should it be cleaned or replaced after each use?
