I was going through it last night (I know what triggered it..coconut oil) and woke up with it this morning. I haven't had anything but like an ounce of water and 5oz of coffee. I still have it. I'm going to try the apple cider vinegar trick later when I go to the store to get some. But even after it goes away, how should I eat?
I was thinking of making a soup or just eating some fruit.. Maybe some oatmeal..?
