hi, this seems to be mostly an emotional problem. He has issues with his sons and this happened during a meal with both of them within the last few months. He has dental implants and when he is upset he doesn't concentrate on chewing properly. I'm afraid he refuses to "watch his diet" and avoids most fruits and veggies. Luckily, he does like the Florida oranges I order by the half bushel.
