I think that I would look into stress or any emotional issues that may be causing you to have unstable sleep patterns. If you sleep well at other peoples homes but not your own and you feel great and are not tired. I would consider looking into your home enviroment....there is something there that leads me to think that you are not content. Are you in an unhappy relationship with someone that you live with, are you worried about finances or do you live alone and perhaps your a bit lonely....just ideas.
