Great, great, GREAT!!!!!  I have been reading the posts, and several of the posters indicate that they do not use soap or store-bought creams, etc.  One post read something to the effect that if they couldn't consume it, they weren't putting it on their body.  Now, I must reiterate that I'm a complete newbie at all of this and I am astounded at how many toxins we're exposing ourselves to, every minute of the day - from hair conditioner to mattresses, its unbelievable.

So...I will rush out and get the book that's been recommended, commence to making stuff that I just might ingest, and keep the forward momentum going. 

And, it can't be said enough:  you veterans out there have been so helpful and encouraging!  THANKS A MILLION from this newbie!!!!
