Yes. That's been a topic here many times over the years ( I'm an 'old timer' on c/z. Ha ha ) I avoid it like the plague. Once I used some of that leaky gut formula by metagenics labs ( gosh I forget the name of that stuff ). Anyway it had a lot of FOS in it and it really made my candida go nuts. Yikes. I assume that's what caused it but who knows. Could've been the darned rice powder in it. These formulator's are supposed to know what works for digestive problems, but they don't know their butts from a hole in the ground, if you ask me.
