What if you're DIRT poor? Can glyco/phyto's be made from scratch?

Hi, I have advanced stage cancer, I have no income and am cared for by a poor family. I took glyco & phyto nutrients about a year ago for a month when someone "made" me some & sent them to me free. I felt much better after that month but after I'd taken them all there was no money and still is no money to get more. Since this kind person made the mixture herself I am here to ask how I could do it too and would it be less expencive than the $50 jars sold online? Thank you. Tweet
