Re: Seven days, looking forward to ten.

I too am on Day 8 of my first cleanse and doing terrific so far.  I had a kicking butt caffeine headache on Day 2 and some neck and shoulder aches on Days 2 & 3, but other than those, it's been easier than I ever dreamed it would be.  I've had some cravings, especially when I smell food, but not the constant, ravenous hunger I was afraid of.  On Day 4 my husband cooked himself a steak and I could have grabbed it and run out in the woods like a crazy dingo  but when he cooked pork chops tonight, it didn't even faze me.  Take another swig of lemonade and march on mate!!  LOL  I've found that everything passes if you just hang in there and it's most certainly worth it.  Good luck to all of us on this cleansing journey!
