i know the meso products work. sovereign silver is another company that has been recommended here. making your own is so much cheaper and it is as effective if not more than anything you can buy.

as far as dose goes - whatever works. this can get expensive if you buy it. i just recently took a mega dose CS and h2o2 bath and it was wonderful. i feel like i got younger just laying there in it. you cant do that unless you make it. plus, i made a gallon of super strength for my sister who uses it externally. man, that stuff was thick. i put a quart of the dregs and whatnot on the bottom in that bath. the h2o2 breaks it up nicely. and it was still fresh enough not to get yellow yet, which it was sure high enough ppm to do had it set around for long.
