Mini, the togetherness of the member site is about learning, not fasting. Those who are fasting are posting details, pictures, etc, for those of us new to this to learn from.

As for waiting until you're completely ready ... would that be like waiting until one can afford a baby ... when would that be? My health made great strides in 2006 and my lifestyle is still far from where those like MH and Zach.
