Do not use any non-naturaal harsh soap or any soap that is scented. You can use plain Ivory bar soap, non-scented. Swish the bar in hot water so that it is slightly cloudy. If you dip your thumb and forefinger into the solution it should be slippery. Add sufficient cool water to bring it to the right temperature.
