Re: storing H202?

I bought a two and a half litre bottle of h2o2 recently. I'm fascinated by the whole Science of it and have read loads of websites about it. I did read that it shouldn't be frozen because it separates or something. I've got so many questions that I don't know where to start. I must admit that I have been a bit....... what? Not scared, but worried? But also excited by its possibilities. I suppose because it is such a new thing to me, and there is such conflicting views. And also because this is POWERFUL stuff and I'm worried of using it wrong or using too much. And I'm even worried about the 'healing crisis' that I've read about. How will I know if it is a healing crisis, or if it is by body saying STOP?

Anyway, I plucked up the courage to open the box that the bottle came in. It was the 'HAZARD' symbols and stuff that got me a bit worried I think. I've also had trouble buying distilled water, can you believe! I've tried garages and hardware stores. I ended up buying de-ionised water, but I don't think I'll use that because I'm not sure if it has any added chemicals. So I just used tap water to dilute the 35% into 3%. I poured eleven ounces of tap water into a plastic bottle and then added one ounce of the 35%. I've poured about a cup full of this 3% into my bath, I've soaked my toothbrush in a glass of the 3% and brushed my teeth with it and gargled. It really fizzed up loads in my mouth and I thought, crikey, imagine what this would do in my stomach! So I didn't swallow it. Haven't had the guts to start drinking it yet. When I get the distilled water, then I will give it a go. I've bought a nasal spray because I read of someone who uses 3% to spray in their mouth and nose, so I'll give that a go as well when I get the distilled water.
