What, if any preparation have you done now or in the past?? I've been using Planetary Herbs "STONE FREE" and I added Hydrangea Root to the mix to help kidney cleanse as well as Liver/Gallbladder.....so my next flush should be interesting :)
I am just returning after a 3 week break to nurse my critically ill father in law
I will resume flushing most likely this Sunday........can't wait
my last flush I released RED stones, pure toxicity!
I'm praying the more I get out the sooner I will heal completely
Although I am very much improved!!
