have someone feed you the water,keeping your hands high in the air for 15 seconds after the glass is emptied.
2) Have someone apply pressure around your index
finger just below the first knuckle...or a rubber band , for one FULL minute.
This one works 99% of the time!
3)Pinch your upper lip in the same manner you would 'plug' your nose,for one minute.
this remedy is good for cramps also.
