For a short cleanse I think it would be great, provided it's fresh as can be.

Macrobiotically speaking it may be better,yet as stated before, nutrition info is apparently scarce...I source for a living , let me give this a quick look ******************************************************************************

this is for raw agave...I would assume that the syrup (if it is reduced and not just juice)would yield apx 30-40% more of the nutrients as stated on link...great link by the way...I advise everyone to get used to using it.

Positively a big negatively on the Honey...per Stanley I aced that years ago...
Bee spit, yuck...leave it for the Bears and the Bees! They say that honey was found in pyramids still fresh and edible...so were Twinkies...sorry couldn't resist...everyone knows Twinkies are ok. :P
