Very interesting, I have always been a huge fan of vitamin c...I've been on it for years

the author never really seems to mention what type of vitamin c he uses, and also I notice alot of people who take large amounts of vit c, do not take it with rutin, or bioflavonoids (quercetin), these are required for proper and full function of the vitamin within the human body

i take a supp (4g twice a day) that has those (along with rose hips, calcium and some other vit c related goodies), and it works great
