Re: Is a sauna good or bad for your hair?

I think sauna is good for you in general and it shouldn't affect your scalp/hair. It helps with blood circulation. If you take a shower afterwards and wash your hair to clean the sweat(I'm sure you do), than you are ok.
I have many friends who have been using saune for years and had never had hairloss problems.
My understanding is, that most of the time hair thining and hairloss reflects something wrong going on in the body. So it's a complex issue and should be addressed both internally and externally.

If I were you I would just continue going to the sauna and not worry about it.

Wishing you all the best.
Suz.
