Candida and heavy metal cleansing

Hi everyone,

I have heard how Candida cause Depression and anxiety. Also I heard how heavy metals also cause Depression and anxiety. Is it safe to do those cleanses together at the same time.
I have been battling Depression my whole life and just want the depression to end. I told myself I am going to do everything in my power to end it along with my anxiety.
