Re: Kidney Stone Cleanse

I realize your post is from qutie a while ago but I just had a bout w/ kidney stones and spent 2 days in hospital. Anyway, I was realeased w/Rx for meds for pain to see if I could pass 1 that was "lodged in a juncture". Anyway, since then, I've done lots of research on this (this is the first time this has happended and I hope the last) and from all the great people at my local healthfood store as well as a nutrionist and several nurses, don't worry about "churning up something within the kidney and causing yourself to go into horrible pain". The stone(s) still within the kidney can dissolve thru any numerous ways--diet change, cleanses, etc. Unfortunately, one doesn't know if they've gotten rid of those still within kidney till an Xray or Cat scan is done or whatever other ways a hospital checks. Thus you'd have to go see your doctor to know for sure.
