Hi, Over the years I know I have had candida. My face gets swollen from specific foods. I have also had a rash on the inside of my arm just opposite the elbow. It's usually on the right side only.
I have cleansed the colon very well.
I recently started oil pulling with coconut oil. Felt enormous energy and sense of well being the first day.
That rash on the arm has been gone for a very long time.
It was particularly bad today. My face was swollen today also.
Could this be die off of candida?
Does oil pulling get rid of candida?
