my hair!!! disaster or healing crisis on my head lol!!

ok. i stopped using my aloe shampoo. no more sle! you inspired me imalurnin!!

but my hair has turned into an oil disaster!

first i used 100% pure natural handmade vegetable soap with lavender. it was bar soap but its all i have at the moment!!! i rinsed with 50/50 distilled malt vinegar (again im making do) which usually leaves my hair clean of residue, silky, soft and very clean. not this time! my hair just was heavy with oil. even heavier than before i washed it!

second attempt i tried to make my own shampoo. it was fun! heres what i put it: an egg white (leftover from a liver flush!), honey, vinegar, aloe juice and i think a little water but i cant remember. it smelled medicinal and natural and was very nice to wash my hair with. it was so natural i loved it! i rinsed with very cold water then i went to sleep. today i wake up and my whole hair is heavy heavy heavy with oil! worse than before! lol!

so im thinking: either the sle was blocking everything in before, like trapping it in my scalp and now that im not using it everything is getting flushed out.

or: i am using the very wrong things to wash my hair.

really, it must be both. get me some dr bronner quick!!!
