What helped my tendonitis
I used to have pretty bad tendonitis. I thought I might become disabled. Now I still get some mild pain occasionally especially if I do the things with the wrong ergonomics but I don't consider it a problem anymore.
Vitamin D: Great stuff, reduces inflammation. Don't get it from milk or wimpy pills. Get it from the sun or take the pills that have 1000's of IUs in them.
Five Tibetans: This is a set of exercises that only take 10 or 15 minutes to do. Just google it and it is easy to find the set of exercises. They really improve your posture and breathing. Sitting up straight can be difficult, but with a strong back, sitting up straight and correctly becomes the comfortable, default position.
On my computer at home I hooked up a second mouse and put it on the floor. That way I could move the mouse cursor with my hands and click with my feet.
General health: Eat right, be happy, do what's healthy. Take care of your body so it can repair itself.
