May I suggest taking large doses of olive leaf extract internally, and soaking them (better yet, the entire feet) in your urine overnight for several weeks? [I had athlete's foot (but no nail fungus) for 8 years, and tried many things, but one night of soaking in urine completely cured them]. Of course washing them in a vinegar bath in the morning, and keeping the feet bare and open during the day.
You may also want to experiment with internal oxygen/hydrogen peroxide, and external Colloidal Silver . Also, changes in the diet may be called for. Perhaps you have an intolerance or allergy to something that is normally considered healthy? Have you ever eaten something like the diet advocated for people with candida?
You have obviously tried a lot of good things. I hope you find something that works!
