I think you should listen to your body and see what it says. I've done literally over a hundred flushes and my husband has done so many now, we both can only get out like a few tiny stones if anything at all.
I do Hulda's recipe as it works the best for me and I get the most amount of stones out. Each time I change the recipe its for the worse, so I stick to it. In college when I first started doing these, I did them every two weeks for a year. I was an RA and had to be in the dorms every other weekend anyhow , so I figured I'd use that time to do LF's.
