Re: Sinus Congestion

I have been having a much better time with congestion lately. One reason is Benedryl. I take it before bed, and then my acid reflux doesn't trigger an inflammatory response. I also take Sinus Ease, this wonderful natural medicine. It's bromelain and quercetin, and vit c. It really works. Lots of times congestion is an inflammatory response. Look for what you are allergic to.

If you are susceptable to heartburn, then you should know that even bending over after you've eaten will make you get a reflux that even in your esophagus, can trigger an allergic reaction in your mucus membranes in your nose. Stop the reaction with benedryl. You're going to get drowsy and sleep and no heartburn, no congestion int he morning.
