Shampoo ingredients - what to avoid?

I was interested in using that Mane 'n Tail Shampoo and Conditioner, but there are quite a few ingredients I can't pronounce. Here is the full Listing of the Deep Moisturizing Shampoo (The Perosnal Care Line):

Here is the ingredients for the Animal Line (but can be used on you too):

Water, Sodium Lauryl Sulphate, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Cocamide DEA, Glycol Distearate, Fragrance, Hydrolyzed Protein, Sodium Chloride, citric acid , DMDM Hydantoin.
