please give any suggestions

December 31, 2006, My name is Michelle Meader and I am writing to you in reference to my husband Robert Meader. he has chronic Ischemic colitis, Mrs, he had 4 major organ failures, his lungs, heart, circulatory and kidneys. he had a Heart Attack on November 7, 2006. he is currently still in the hospital. he is at Swedish American Hospital located in Rockford Illinois. when he first was admitted he was having 15 liters of output, ( stool ), it slowed down, and has recently gotten worse. He still has a rectal tube in. he is refusing to eat or drink. his doctors have not been able to get it under control, and cannot figure out what else to do. he also had septic shock. he was at 95% no survival, now he is breathing on his own, only has one pick line now., mentally he has been affected, he gets delusional at times, disoriented, hallucinating, he has become combative Robert is 52 years of age. heavy smoker and a recovering alcoholic.
