Re: Blood type B diet and food allergies

Hi,

I have been on the Type B diet for over a year and have benefited from it greatly. There have been times when I cannot do dairy, and if my body is unable to tolerate it at that time, I stay away and use rice milk instead. I have read in the Blood Type books that if you are unable to tolerate beneficials due to drugs, infection, altered immune system, etc. then stay away from those particular foods for now.

In the meantime, you can eat those befeficials which are not bothering you and help your body to heal. Your body will slowly detox when you avoid foods expecially wheat, corn and chicken which have harmful inflammatory lectins for your blood type.
