Dropping fat Q


I am 216-217 right now and would like to get down to a granite 187-190. Am about 15% BF right now. I am doing a lot of cardio but obviously eating too much as weight isn't changing. What ratio of Protein, Carbs, Fat would allow me to continue to lift hard and do hard cardio (I like the benefit of having a good-great cardio base for other sports)? Thanks.
