After i read that last night on mh page, i made one out of organic orange, lemon apple, and raspberries, sesame and olive oil. Fruit, juiced on my Omega. Tasted wonderful. I have been drinking a little of the sesame oil,(spectrum unrefinded) twice a day, to see if it will lower my blood pressure. Seem to be working. I don't take anything allopathic. Also Trapper i read the old post on soy. Intresting. The only soy i do is a half teaspoon of bragg's aminos first thing in the morning, on a empty gut.
