i did it for seven days. i doubled the amount of salt in the recipe. i used redmond realsalt. it changed my life forever. i did this recently after years of doing all i knew to do. after this, i had hydration in places i didnt even think were a problem. i was most shocked by my vastly improved voice. i think the cartillage is really hard to hydrate once it is dry. i had no idea. it changed my life forever.
