Thanks for writing back to me Stannarad and Pattiecake.

It is really supportive to know that there are other people out there dealing with this.

The hardest thing for me in treating this problem is not eating sweets. I will keep going with current treatments and hopefully will have this beaten in time. I guess my candida problem has made me Sugar crazy and I love the choc. I will look for some low Sugar dark and see how I go so thanks for the tip.

The toenail fungus is the latest incarnation, what a shock to look down at my toe and see it... i started with the vaginal thrush years ago... then it migrated or showed up in the bowel/intestine, and now the skin and finally under the nail. I have had this problem for years, first dealing with it with creams but now I realise its not the symptom I have to deal with, its the cause.

This board is amazing support and a wealth of knowledge. It is great to know you are out there.
