The dough-like stuff could be candida. That's one of the forms it takes, I believe, although I've never passed it like that. However, I don't think candida would give you that kind of pain, and the blood is definitely bad news.

As it coincides with having returned from a trip abroad, I would take this very seriously indeed and go see a specialist, and demand tests. It could be something so simple, but you need to know exactly what it is for your own peace of mind.

In the meantime I would live a very clean life, like go easy on the bad foods, and alcohol for a while. Blood in your stool isn't a good sign, ever, although it could be due simply to an internal hemerroid, which is relatively harmless, although I doubt it, if your stools were very dark, rather than fresh blood.
