i like making my juices on a daily bases... however im aware that it is easily possible to ''overdose'' on certain vitamins if one juices everyday and includes the same fruit/veg in it. i know i could spend agaes on the net and using books to get an answer but does anyone have a ''juicing'' plan that supplies the correct ratios / percentages of vitmains the body needs over a certain time period... for ex. a juice containing 6 - 7 items taken everyday that provides the correct ratio or a juice everyday for a week that contains different fruitss / veg to provide the correct ratios over a longer time period...
i hope this message isnt confusing ive explained it in a bit of a rush! i just want to get the most out of juicing...
