It is rather very difficult to identify which mineral you are deficient in.

Leg cramps could be caused by many different minerals deficiency.

I take calcium Sandoz (it dilutes into water and assimilate better) and soy milk (only if you do not haev thyroid problems) to help with my calcium deficiency.

I take 700 mg of magnesium /day.

I take cocoa, soy, almonds, sesame to help with potassium.

I take cocoa, and Sea Salt to help with sodium.

Sunflower to help with copper.

I take manganese supplements.

And I eat plenty of veggies.
