Re: Candida and Smoking?

Well, I had a bout of smoking about 6 weeks ago (I don't normally smoke). I smoked about 20 cigarettes in one day. since that time, I have been struggling with some of the worst symptoms I've known. My candida is far worse and now I cannot get it under control. I am extremely ill, muscle spasms, metal taste, nausea, itching in private places, cramping in gut, depression/anxiety and on it goes.

I would say it probably does contribute in the respect of the toxins that go into the body and the body having to deal with that. Though i doubt it directly has anything to do with feeding yeast, the indirect toxicity from the cigarettes might. Indeed in my case, it most definitely has.

I would try and give up if you can, as I feel the continual accumulation of the chemicals/metals in cigarettes will be undermining a lot of good.
