Yeah, my body is really crying out for a cleanse. I feel really bloated and heavy. Blech! I might go longer than 10 days this time....maybe 21! we'll see.
I'm almost vegan right now, except for cheese and some baked goods. There are finally some decent vegan cheeses ("Follow Your Heart" is the best I've found) and I know I can survive, LOL. And I'm better off without the baked goods anyway. When I went vegetarian back in 1983, it was sort of hard at first, especially back then because there weren't the vegetarian choices around that there are today (e.g. Boca Burgers!) The most tedious thing will be reading ingredients...milkfat and whey powder pop up in the strangest places.
