I recommend the Nature Kleen or the Utility Water ozonator from AquaSun Ozone. Both are respectable units and both are available in 220 volt. The Nature Kleen has a built-in air pump. The Utility Water Ozonator needs an inexpensive air pump added to pump the air. It does not have the timer features of the Nature Kleen. It is a bare-bones unit but just a s powerful. the Utility Water ozonator can also be used with oxygen from a tank and if so used has more output than the Nature Kleen. The aquarium pumps are available from any good aquarium store. Both units come with ozone tubing and bubbler stones.
