OP encourages bile flow. Google 'magnesium deficiency' and you will see how common it is in crops, i.e., our food source. Yet, according to several medical websites, magnesium deficiency is uncommon. As you know, magnesium deficiency is widespread in the average Western World diet. It is such an influencial chemical that its deficiency can lead to deficiency of calcium and potassium, two other essential chemicals.
